Erick Segaar is a consultant working for Xpirit.

Since his role as Lead Developer during the introduction of the new Dutch healthcare insurance system in 2006, Erick asks himself why teams run into the same problems every time. He, therefore, set himself the goal of permanently improving this wherever possible and thereby continuously delivering added value to the customer.

Erick is an enthusiastic team player, improver and coach who can make the difference both in a team and independently. With his 20+ years experience in IT covering a multitude of roles and delivering ALM consultancy over 13 years to his customers he truly is an addition to any team.
